Tryfon Tseriotis, one of the most established and growing companies in the FMCG industry of Cyprus, accredited Great Place to work for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022) and among Cyprus Best Workplaces for 2022, is looking for a Head of People & Organisational Culture to join its senior team. The Head of People & Organisational Culture reports directly to the CEO.

In this role, the Head of People & Organisational Culture will:

  • Act as the ambassador of organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld
  • Lead the ongoing systematic process of building and maintaining Tryfon Tseriotis culture through the development of people- centric programs and activities that will support the long-term strategic growth of the organization
  • Work closely with the CEO and CFO regarding budgeting of HR matters
  • Advise the senior leadership team on strategic organisational design and staff needs, identifying the trends across the business groups and competition and proactively propose programs to address those needs
  • Manage all company’s employer branding activities
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process and ensure that best practices and innovative methods are in place
  • Build a culture of performance across the organization with oversight and continued development of the Performance Review and Development framework
  • Maintain a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, engaging formal and informal learning opportunities
  • Handle the payroll monthly administration and ensure the integrity of remuneration policy
  • Conduct benefits benchmarking and provide high level analysis in support of strategic priorities
  • Manage the team building, engagement, and wellbeing activities to maintain a positive, healthy and safe working environment
  • Ensure smooth employee relations and compliance with Cypriot law

The Ideal Candidate must:

  • Have minimum 5 years management level experience in a Senior HR role. Previous experience in the Retail/FMCG industry will be considered an advantage
  • Have strong education background in Human Resources/ Business Psychology (knowledge or experience in psychometric testing will be considered an advantage)
  • Have strong knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law
  • Be familiar with HR and payroll systems
  • Be fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Have strong knowledge and experience with MS Office
  • Have a track record of supporting organisational development and building high performance teams
  • Have exceptional communication skills. Comfortable presenting to all stakeholders.
  • Be able to inspire teams
  • Continuously be up to date with emerging trends and relevant legislation that impacts organisational performance
  • Have advisory and coaching style with proven experience in supporting business leaders and to be able to take effective decisions
  • Have high levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • Be a person of undoubted integrity and have a professional attitude
