Key Responsibilities:

• Help in developing and implementing the HR strategy, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
• Responsible for the Recruitment and Onboarding Process
• Responsible for employee training and development initiatives
• Advising on disciplinary and employee relations matters
• Providing expertise and guidance on HR policies and labour law
• Help in analysing trends and metrics within the HR department
• Handles all HR administrative functions, including payroll, employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, managing leave requests, and related tasks
• Assist employees in all HR related matters
• Organising HR Initiatives
• Participate in all HR Projects and provides internal backup support as needed

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in HR or in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Good technology literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Fluent in Greek and English (both verbal and written)
