Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead one of our four marketing units and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and review the brands’ marketing plans and budgets
  • Responsible and accountable over entire marketing unit’s commercial performance and bottom- line profitability
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and optime inventory
  • Manage above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, ROI, and brand performance
  • Liaise and coordinate regularly with international suppliers on brand strategy and campaign adaptation
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and campaigns
  • Plan and manage promotions and in-store activations
  • Drive improvement to on-shelf product presence and visibility across both modern and traditional trade channels
  • Conduct market analysis and track competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Analyse market trends, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity
  • Assess opportunities for new brands and product line extensions, and subsequently manage new launches into the market
  • Work closely with all internal company departments, particularly the Sales team to support brand volume growth and distribution expansion

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field and proven experience in team management
  • Previous experience in FMCG or a related industry
  • Strong technology literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Greek and English (both verbal and written)
