Our team is growing, and we are looking for Merchandising Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The Merchandising Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team all over Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and have the sole responsibility of the merchandising department
• Responsible for the recruiting and training of new colleagues
• Plan and Organise Merchandising departments route to market visit schedule
• Ensure all trade activities are carried out and executed in the market
• Daily field visits with merchandisers team to monitor their quality of work
• Ensure that merchandising team is following company’s policies and procedures
• Ensure the standards of merchandising are carried out
• Performing other relevant tasks assigned by National Sales Manager

Candidate Profile:

• College or university degree in business administration, marketing or in a related field will be considered an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader in a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good technology literacy
• Clean driving license
• Fluent in Greek and English
