As we continue to grow and expand our business in the Horeca sector, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager – HORECA directly reports to the National Sales Manager and will be responsible to lead the sales of the Horeca division of the company.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing from scratch the Business Plan and Sales strategy for the HORECA division to achieve growth in Market share, Volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with Company Objectives
  • Achieve increase in number of HORECA accounts and brand visibility of company products
  • Managing key customers and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Provide inspirational leadership by building sales team to deliver sustainable results through an engaging, focused and high performing culture
  • Oversee and ensuring that effective follow up procedures of the Horeca Division are in place
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Provide inspirational leadership by building sales team to deliver sustainable results through an engaging, focused and high performing culture
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field is a must. A master’s degree will be considered an advantage
  • Broad knowledge of the HORECA industry is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office use
  •  Strong leadership skills, a proven track record of delivery with an enthusiasm and a genuine interest in people development
  • Integrity and ethical standards
  • To be commercially oriented and to have business acumen
